2. What data we process
We do not create user accounts, run a customer database on this website, sell personal data, use ad remarketing, or collect payment details on this website.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, budget range, service type, selected package, and message. The form is sent to our email inbox. It is not saved to the website database. The email notification also includes technical context such as IP address, approximate country, user agent, origin, and submission time so we can reduce spam and investigate abuse.
The website uses short-lived in-memory rate limiting for the contact form. Rate-limit keys are hashed and are used only to prevent repeated spam submissions.
Google Analytics only loads after you accept analytics cookies. If accepted, Google Analytics may process page views, approximate location, device/browser information, referral data, and similar usage data. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site tag.
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser local storage so the banner can remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies.

6. International transfers
Because Google Analytics is provided by Google, analytics data may be processed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina or outside your country. This applies only if you accept analytics cookies. Google publishes its own privacy and data processing information for Google Analytics.
7. Retention
- Contact form emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you, manage the project discussion, handle disputes, or meet legal duties.
- Temporary rate-limit data is kept in memory for the configured rate-limit window and is not a permanent database record.
- Google Analytics data follows the retention settings configured in the Google Analytics property.
- Your cookie preference stays in your browser until you change it, clear site data, or use another browser/device.
8. Your choices and rights
You can reject analytics cookies in the banner. If you accepted them earlier, use the “Cookie settings” button on the website to change your choice. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser.
