What should be included in the scope?

A clearly scoped project identifies page structure, responsive design, content responsibilities, implementation, essential technical SEO, contact flows and launch checks. The final proposal states what is included, what depends on third-party systems and what remains outside the agreed scope.

Frequently asked questions

What should an online store decide before selling across provinces?

Confirm which products can be delivered where, how shipping options are presented and who keeps that information current before building checkout.

How should English and French content be kept in sync?

Assign an owner to each language and agree how offer or product changes are reviewed in both versions. A translated menu alone does not maintain the content.

How should service areas across provinces be shown?

List only the places actually served, explain any differences in the offer and avoid near-identical location pages.
